These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InlineIQ. Please read them carefully — by using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InlineIQ you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
InlineIQ is a shop floor management platform for cabinet and millwork shops. It provides tools for crew tracking, job management, parts tracking, file management, and AI-powered shop floor insights.
3. Accounts and Access
- Supervisor accounts require registration with a valid email and password.
- Crew members access via invite link — no account required.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@inlineiq.app.
4. Subscription and Billing
- InlineIQ is offered on a subscription basis.
- Plans are billed monthly.
- A 30-day free trial is available — no credit card required during trial.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use InlineIQ for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
- Upload malicious files or code.
- Resell or sublicense access to InlineIQ.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
6. Data and Privacy
- Your shop data belongs to you.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Anonymized data may be used to improve AI features if you opt in.

- On cancellation your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
7. Intellectual Property
- InlineIQ and all its features are owned by Jason Morris.
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to InlineIQ.
- You grant InlineIQ a license to store and process your data to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
InlineIQ is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- On termination access ends immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
